Cupping: Good creamy body, fair acidity and sweet fruity sensations.  It finishes with a pleasant flowery aroma and hints of almonds.  Makes a full bodied, strong Americano, a sweet espresso and a great basis for all milk drink

All our Ponaire coffees are custom roasted in Newport, Tipperary. We use proven profiles to extract the best flavours out of the speciality beans, which we source ourselves from sustainable farms.
