- Tipperary Food IE - Ponaire was invited to a Long Table Dinner at the Cahir Castle on 27 August. The dinner was fabulous and was created using only Tipperary produce. I think we all recognize that Tipperary produces wonderful foods - but I think we were all amazed at the fantastic meal that was prepared from Tipperary foods - it is incredible what can happen when people and foods work together! The dinner at Cahir Castle was a celebration of Tipperary Foods and the launch of www.TipperaryFood.ie - developed and spearheaded by Pat Whelan of Clonmel. The evening was sponsored by Pat Whelan and the Tipperary SR Enterprise Board. Before the dinner, a few local food producers set up stalls to showcase their goods - The Organic Bread Company, The Cookie Jar, Cooleeney Farmhouse Cheese, The Apple Farm, Tipperary Food.ie and of course Ponaire. Thanks to Pat and the Tipperary SR Enterprise Board and all the producers who created a fun and tasty evening. Please check out www.TipperaryFood.ie - an exciting new adventure for Tipperary foods.
- Ponaire was profiled in Women Mean Business Magazine in July/August edition. http://www.ponaire.ie/Women-Who-Launch.pdf
- On 21 May 2008 the Limerick Independent published a full page article on Ponaire. It can be viewed in the Lifestyle section of the Limerick Independent at www.limerickindependent.com
